To our customers:

            Protecting your privacy is important to us.  We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it.

            You provide us with most of the information about you that we use to complete your insurance application and serve your insurance needs.  Depending on the nature of your coverage, we may collect information about you from third parties such as the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

            This information is sent to the insurance company with whom your business will be placed.

            If another party has an insurable interest such as a loan, a lease or a mortgage on your insured property, we may share information about your insurance coverage with that party.  We may also share that information with third parties who are trying to assist you in settling a claim under your policy.  You have the right to prohibit the sharing of certain information in some circumstances.

            We do secure credit reports when completing insurance applications.

            We restrict access to information about you to employees who need to know that information to help serve you.
